  • Education: Are you ready to start but are unsure of what to do? Our trainer is college-educated and trained to provide accurate information and encouragement for the development of a healthy lifestyle through and beyond exercise.
  • Personal: Kayla will work one-on-one with you to achieve the results you are looking for. Whether you are an athlete or are simply looking to lose weight or gain muscle, you will be put on an individualized program designed specifically for you.

Kayla Freese received her AAS degree in Health & Fitness from Alexandria Technical college in 2006. She is a certified personal trainer though NASM. She specializes in weight loss, strength training, and athletic enhancement. She is originally from the Maynard area.
